How many bundles do I need?
For a full install, we recommend:
12" - 18" = 2-3 Bundles
20" - 24" = 3-4 Bundles
26"+ = 4 or more bundles for a fuller look
Can the hair be dyed or bleached?
Yes, our virgin and raw hair can be coloured professionally. We recommend using a professional colour specialist to maintain the quality and longevity of the hair.
How long does the hair last?
With proper care:
Virgin hair can last 1-2+ years
Raw hair can last 3+ years
Longevity depends on maintenance, styling habits, and aftercare.
Can I straighten or curl the hair?
Yes, all textures can be heat styled. Always use a heat protectant and avoid excessive heat to preserve the hair quality.
Does the hair shed?
Minimal shedding is normal. Proper care and sealing wefts can help reduce shedding further.
How should I wash the hair?
Use sulphate-free shampoo and moisturising conditioner. Wash gently and detangle from ends to roots
How do I maintain curly or wavy textures?
Use a spray bottle with water and lightweight products to refresh curls. Avoid heavy oils or excessive brushing.
Can I sleep with the hair installed?
Yes, we recommend wrapping the hair with a silk/satin scarf or bonnet at night to maintain quality and reduce tangling.
Shipping & Delivery FAQ
How long is processing time?
Orders are processed within 2-7 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary during launches, sales or high-demand periods
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
- Uk Shipping: 1-3 business days after dispatch
- International Shipping: 5-10 business days after dispatch
Will I recieve tracking information?
Yes, tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer salon pickup?
Yes, selected orders may be eligible for salon collection. You will receive collection instructions once your order is ready.
Are custom fees Included?
International orders may incur custom fees or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. Murísa Hair London is not liable for any customs charged or delays.
What happens if my parcel is delayed?
Once shipped, delivery delays are the responsibility of the courier. However, we will always try our best to assist where possible.


Refunds & Returns FAQ
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may begin processing immediately after purchase, therefore cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Can I exchange my hair for another length or texture?
For hygiene reasons, exchanges are not accepted.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
General FAQ
How long is processing time?
Virgin hair is minimally processed and sourced from one donor type. Raw hair is completely unprocessed, collected directly from donors, and offers the most natural quality and longevity.
Are your wigs customised?
Yes, our custom wig units are designed for a ready-to-wear luxury finish.
Do your wigs come glueless?
Selected units are available glueless. Product descriptions will specify the contruction type


Salon FAQ
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, appointments must be booked in advance to secure your slot
Is a booking fee required?
Yes, a non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm all appointments.
What happens if I'm late?
Clients arriving late will be charged a late fee, or have their appointment rescheduled or cancelled.
Can I bring extra guests?
Extra guests are not permitted. Clients requiring assistance may attend with a companion, but must contact us before their appointment so we can make suitable arrangements.
Do you provide the hair?
Clients may purchase hair directly from us for their appointment. Hair orders should be placed at least 7 days before your desired booking date to allow sufficient time for processing and delivery. Clients who purchase hair from us qualify for our Hair + Install Package Pricing.
How should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean, blow-dried and product free hair unless otherwise stated. Failure to do may result in a £15 preparation fee being added to your service or your appointment being rescheduled subject to availability.
Do you offer same-day appointments or walk-ins?
Yes, we offer both subject to availability.
Same-day appointments can be booked if space is available. Walk-in clients are welcome; however, we prioritise clients with pre-booked appointments, so you may be asked to wait or return at an agreed time.
