During peak periods or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. Please note that some orders may be processed immediately after purchase to speed up fulfilment.

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched:

Europe Shipping: 5-10 Business Days

International Shipping: 7-14 Business Days (varies by location and customs processing)

Shipping Costs

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly advertised on our website.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. It is the customer's responsibility to track their parcel using the provided information.

Delays & Responsibility

Murísa Hair London is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the delivery provider, responsibility for the parcel lies with the courier.

We are unable to refund shipping fees for delayed deliveries.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
