Welcome to Murísa Hair & Murísa London. By using our website, purchasing products, or booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Appointments
Appointments require a booking fee at the time of booking. Booking fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final service cost.
Clients arriving late will be charged a £15 late fee if they can be accomadated, rescheduled or cancelled. No-shows and last minute cancellations may result in the loss of the booking fee.
Products & Orders
We make every effort to ensure product description and images are accurate. However, colours and appearances may vary slightly due to screen settings
Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order and issue a refund where necessary.
Returns & Refunds
For hygiene reasons, hair extensions, wigs and related products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, worn, altered or removed from their original packaging.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Pricing
All pricing are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.
Liability
Murísa Hair and Murísa London is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services or website.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including logos, branding, text, graphics and original service photographs, is the property of Murísa Hair and Murísa London and may mot be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without permission.
Certain product images and materials may be provided by manufacturers, suppliers or other third parties and remain the property of their respective owners. Such as materials are used with permission or for the purpose of promoting and selling the relevant products
