Refund & Returns Policy

At Murísa Hair London, we maintain a strict no returns and no refunds policy on all hair extensions, wigs, and hair products once purchased.

Due to the nature of our products, all items are considered hygiene and personal use goods, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened, worn, tampered with, or removed from their original packaging.

Important Notice

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect colour, length, or texture selection

  • Installed, worn, or altered hair

  • Unsealed or opened packaging

  • Dislike of texture after purchase

Order Cancellations

To request a cancellation within the eligible timeframe, please contact us immediately with your order details.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a wrong item or a manufacturing fault, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.

Items that show signs of wear, installation, or alteration will not be eligible for review.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details (length, texture, colour, and style) are correct before completing purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed after the cancellation window.

Delivery Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the item has been dispatched. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Certain items may still be eligible for a remedy if they are proven to be faulty or not as described.
